1. Information Texas Casual may receive

Depending on how you use the store, Texas Casual may receive information such as your name, email address, shipping address, phone number if provided, products ordered, quantities, product variants, transaction identifiers, payment status, shipping selections, and limited technical or fraud-prevention information.

2. Payment information and Stripe

Texas Casual uses Stripe-hosted Checkout to process payments. Full payment-card details are entered into Stripe's hosted checkout environment rather than collected directly by the Texas Casual storefront.

Texas Casual does not directly store customers' full payment-card numbers on its storefront servers. Stripe may process payment, identity, device, network, billing, and transaction information under Stripe's own privacy, security, and data-processing practices.

3. Fulfillment providers

Texas Casual sells a combination of made-to-order and ready-made products. Information needed to process and deliver an order may be provided to third-party production, fulfillment, and shipping partners involved in fulfilling the order. Depending on the product, a partner may produce an item after an order is accepted or fulfill an item from existing inventory.

Information provided for fulfillment may include your name, email address, shipping address, ordered products, product variants, quantities, and shipping method.

4. Why we use information

We may use information to process and fulfill orders, provide customer support, communicate about transactions, calculate shipping or taxes, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce purchase limits, protect the storefront and its users, reconcile transactions, comply with law, and maintain appropriate business records.

5. Fraud and security processing

Texas Casual and its service providers may use technical and transactional signals to detect suspected fraud, card testing, automated abuse, duplicate transactions, attempts to bypass purchase limits, and other security risks.

6. Information sharing

We may share information with service providers that perform payment processing, fulfillment, hosting, security, shipping, tax, analytics, customer support, or other services needed to operate the store. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud, or enforce our policies.

7. Sale of personal information

Texas Casual does not sell customers' personal information for monetary consideration. Customer information is used and disclosed as described in this Privacy Notice for purposes such as store operations, payment processing, fulfillment, security, compliance, and customer service.

8. Data retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for order fulfillment, customer service, fraud prevention, transaction reconciliation, accounting, legal compliance, dispute handling, and other legitimate business purposes. Different service providers may retain information under their own policies and legal obligations.

9. United States operations

Texas Casual currently accepts orders for delivery within the United States. Information may be processed by service providers in locations where they operate, subject to their own legal and contractual obligations.

10. Changes to this notice

We may update this Privacy Notice prospectively as the store, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
